Quirky and delicious: In a quaint and traditionally equipped "cheese school" you will be initiated into the well-guarded secrets of cheese-making. A cheese master will recount tales about cheese, copper vats and the right cheese molds. Not forgetting, of course, the traditional "cheese christening" celebrated with Allgäu schnapps and delicious cheese spätzle.

If you wish, the copper-vat show can also travel to a location of your choice.
